Service Terms and Recurring Services Agreement

This Service Terms and Recurring Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective upon the first use of services by and between Call of Dooty Pet Waste Removal, located in Walla Walla, Washington (“Service Provider”), and the undersigned client (“Client”).

Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to deliver the services selected by the Client from those offered by Call of Dooty Pet Waste Removal, including but not limited to recurring pet waste removal services. The Client shall grant access to the property as needed to complete these services on scheduled service dates.
Service Frequency
Services will be provided at the frequency chosen by the Client, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Any changes to the service schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay for the services based on the agreed-upon recurring schedule as outlined in the service selection form. Payment is due within two hours of service completion unless otherwise specified in writing. If payment is not received within this timeframe, late payment fees may apply. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with Washington state law.
Access to Property
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the property for the Service Provider’s personnel on scheduled service dates. If access is not available at the agreed-upon time, the Client may incur a missed service fee, and the service will be rescheduled based on availability.
Weather Policy
Outdoor services may be temporarily suspended in cases of inclement weather. In such situations, charges will still apply for relevant services, and accumulated work will be completed at the next available service date when weather permits.
Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any damages or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. This Agreement does not cover any incidental damages arising from routine service activities.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with written notice provided to the other party. All services and billing will cease upon termination.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Washington State.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of services.
